Don't know about new subscribers, but here in San Antonio where Jay
lives I've had Time Warner's Road Runner broadband cable service for
several years and have only their extended basic TV cable (fiber optic,
but not digital).  Hmm, I wonder if I'd get a price break on broadband
if I upgraded the TV to their digital service.
