The above doesn't take into account that my Cell phone gives me 600
monthly minutes LD FREE time to any number in their coverage area AND
unlimited night and week end minutes - and all my relatives and friends
live in such areas and a 20% IBM discount. If I didn't have that I would
seriously consider VOIP.
