 CS> XP automatic updates turned on?  AV software automatic updates?  
 CS> Firewall automatic updates?  etc, etc.

        I get this funny activity too and I have all turned off. On a
 second note, I use ZA 4.xxx as the last update does not ( here )
 remember all the "allows" that I gave it. Keeps asking for a let on
 many operations, I have had up to 5 IE lines in Programs and I forget
 how many AOLs. Version 4.xx seems better at this. I had a .zip of it
 saved on my mobile HD.

        Now, what else can this activity be ?
