A peculiar thing happened this afternoon. All of a sudden (when doing
NOTHING with my system) the HD activity and the router lights started
flashing. did that for about 2 minutes maybe. I ran Spybot, Ad-Aware,
Adware Away with nothing found.

Any suggestions as to how to determine what was happening and what to do
when it recurs? I've checked my HD some and haven't found anything new,
but it 45 Gbs of stuff on it so that is like looking for a needle in a
haystack.
