 Even if you don't care about anything but the calls, there are reasons
 to stay updated.  The current plans typically offer more minutes and
 more amenities for your dollar.  The coverage area is also likely to
 be more limited with the older technology.

 The newer phones are also more efficient, though I can't get used to
 their small size.  Fortunately, voice activation without learning is
 now available.
