Not news at all. I am well aware of the conditions in Third World
Countires. Not in any of the Former Communist areas though. But I have
seen First hand the Interior of Mexico off the Tourist beat there what
you describe is the reality. And also some places in the Phillipines and
in Vietnam.
 But that aside the Economics of Hardware means that that the Price of
the Hardware we buy is not all that much more then what it is in the
country of manfacturer..
