It is ludicrous. It is nothing more than greed that Microsoft continues to have these predatory prices. Their own pricing structure has a great deal to do with the rampant piracy of their OS. So now, people in third world countries now get to buy a "cheap" version of Windows XP. What abolut the poor people in North America, why is it that they cannot also purchase it? No, it is ludicrous that they can overcharge for their product when the rest of the industry has reduced their prices.
