 Many do as they know that "English" is the language of Opportunity.
But MicroSoft does not really discount their Software i nthe Far East. A
Real incentive for the Pirate Mills. 
Although for a couple of countries they have bought out lower cost
versions, BUT only in the Native Launguage.                    

ANY English copy of MS software sold in the Far East selling at
significantly less then "Suggested Retail" IS PIRATED PERIOD!!!
