When I upgraded my XT966 from ME to XP, I got a "migration" CD free from their website. Provided BIOS and driver upgrades, info on which bundled software installed was incompatible with XP, and even provided substitute software for the same. Support for my HP G85xi all-in-one and JetDirect170X print server has also been good. I understand that they do not endorse third party hardware replacements. Regards, Robert Fowler ....
