Thanks. I take it then that he can just remove the xD card from the camera and put it in the computer's card reader and not use the software at all. Funny thing is that he read his system manual about the card reader. It says to remove the card from the reader, you have to push it in to eject it and then pull it out. Funny thing is, the card does not push in, it just pulls out. I guess the computer manufacturer installs some card readers that require you to push in the card to eject it before you can remove it.
