Docplace's exact location is 24.96.77.64, which corresponds to docsplace.tzo.com. The IP is not static, so it can change under certain circumstances, but the hostname should always resolve, unless Doc gets behind on his registration fee. That's why he also setup docsplace.no-ip.info.com (a free hostname service). The addresses you listed are to Doc's web hosting service, provided by a different carrier than tzo.com, and located who knows where. The no-ip address is also a different carrier and location. These simply provide links to the BBS, but since the route to them is different than to tzo.com, they could be inaccessible, while the BBS is not. Regards, Robert Fowler ....
