        Let me also use your expression... not so. I have done only a
  few OEM redo. Most of the ones that I have done for retail versions
  was so smoothly done. No need to talk to an MS rep. As I mentioned
  before, if the modem or RJ45 is connected, all is done streaminly. A
  screen will pop up and congratulate you. Do get rid of your
  "mindset" that it is a chore to make you sweat, it is not ! Your
  information is wrong, change it.
