I haven't... but it would certainly be handy at times; one of the things I do is maintain the web site for a local free print publication-- after printing each issue, they send me a bunch of files in *.DOC format, and a copy of the PDF they send to the printer... I make screen captures of the graphics from the PDF, but from time to time they miss sending me one (or more) of the original Word documents (from which I copy/paste the content into my HTML editor: nVu). ....
