Firast I used this with Win95/98 as that was my preference for Senior
Citizen Limited function machines I was setting up.
But in the "Target" field for the Shortcut I used:

C:\windows\rundll32.exe user,exitwindows

NOTE "SPACE" between .exe and user

I have never tried that myslef so don't know. But it sounds like one
more step them simply double clicking on an Icon.
