Jeff, I thought I made it clear that the book will NOT open flat enough
to either scan or photocopy - not even for one page. I tried both
photographing and scanning just one page - No go - the page can not be
flattened enough to do either. I'm looking into a hand held scanner
(DocuPen R700) and fixing to get info from a genealogical society as to
how they do it.
