TW>GV>I'm the Major Care giver for my Bed ridden 92 year old Mother TW>GV>she out lived three husbans, three Doctors, all of her relitives TW>GV>and three of her 4 kids.. TW>GV>To make here life easier, I bought her a NEW TW>GV>SONY 55 inch LCD HDTV with all the Works, and connected to TW>GV>TimeWarner HDTV Didgital Converter that gets over 400 chanels TW>GV>for her to watch, the Color and clairity is spectacular.. TW>GV>So it makes her life a little more bearable since TW>GV>she can't get out of bed.. TW>GV>and having her happier and Content, TW>GV>makes my life better too.. :-< TW> While she might like hte Large Screen she most likely dosnbe't see what TW> you see as far as colors. Studdies show that Color rendition diminishes TW> with Age. I woprked in the VA Mewdical Center Engineering Department TW> here in San Diego and they painted the Geratic Ward in Bright Garish TW> Colors. When I queried the Interior Designer they said that it is to TW> compensate for the Diminished Color rendition of elderly people and TW> made them quite a bit happier. In fact many of the residents remarked TW> to the Nurses how Nice the new paint job looked. Tom, if you ever have a cataract removal you will quickly notice how nice and bright the colors are then, compared to before the operation!!! Further, even after that operation the same eye starts seeing less and less bright colors. Jay --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5 * Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) .
