You will have your work cut out for you just trying to keep all pages sequentially printed or saved to some medium. I am sure that one CD would do . When you get to the end, or near, consider merging all in one "book". Word will do it and also Acrobat.pdf. My Genealogie was in 6 or 7 bunches, representing more frenzied periods, I merged them all in one document in Acrobat. Again in Kamouraska !
