        I guess that mine is also a vintage device. I have not seen
  any recently in eBay, I have had this one for 4 years maybe so it
  would be good on 98, but why not try XP. I would send you the
  floppies too.

        Same type here but I used it horizontaly, the scans merged
  nicely and then I rotated the image to a normal view, it showed no
  curved surface as if you took a digital picture.

        I said in my previous post that it was free to you. At the
  moment, I am 400 + miles away. I hope that you can wait a week or
