I forwarded your suggestion to him.  I also gave him a URL for the
Microsoft Knowledge Base and a suggestion that he Google for the Acrobat IE
helper DLL...

I wanted him to "try" the Mozilla Firefox web browser, but the old fart is
adamant that "since the computer came with Internet Explorer installed,
then Windows wants exclusive use of it..."  Sighhhhh.
