        I thought so too when I first got this PRG. Home Planet from
 from: fourmilab.ch, this is what I set with the minus sign but got
 reverse reaction. I then set it without the minus sign and it worked
 fine, so as you, I do not know how the formula works in HP. I know
 that EST is a minus 5 from UTC, you are right.
