 I didn't do it myself. but aquired it from a friend.
I used it on the Win95 machines I set up and was palcing in Senior
Citizens homes for a Genealogy Project.

It was easier to train them to "Double Click" on "Exit" when Shutting
down than have them rembember to do the "Start" menu shutdown routine.
