Both ALT 130 and ALT 0233 work just fine on my system - they do exactly
the same ‚.  ALT 0216 gives me O, and ALT 0248 give me a o, neither with
the slash which my chart says they are supposed to do. Seems that neither
your chart nor my chart is 100% correct or at least they do not agree
100%. :-(
