If you mean how can you look at individual files or folders that are within the restore point, you can't, as they are compressed. You might be able to open the file with something like EditPad but it would appear garbled. When you restore, everything that was stored in that particular point gets restored - you don't have a choice of selecting files or folders. That's best left to something like True Image or Ghost.
