I said Linux was cheaper .... but I should have 
said ... then we wouldn't have the benefits of Linux!

Oh ... about CDs .... find a user group ... or cultivate
someone who can send them to you. For example, I go to Detroit
frequently and sometimes cross into Windsor ... I could
hand carry a DVD across the border and mail it at a Canadian
post office. A Michigan native working in New York might cross 
Ontario several times a year. What about a senior buying
drugs at a Canadian pharmacy?
