You are correct - it isn't an XP thing nor a projector thing - it is this laptop thing. This one is supposed to but doesn't. The keys for this are Fn-F5 on this Toshiba. As I said in an earlier post - I haven't been able to get into the BIOS set up. Lots of messages on the net about this inability with Toshiba laptops.
