I sent a bug report to Spybot. They sent me an email asking to download 
"Suspicious files packer". They wanted me to install it and send them some 
specific files from my system. Should I do this? Can I trust them? How big is 
the program and will uninstall it be difficult (all files/folders and registry
entries relating to the program be removed)?
