You're jumping to conclusions (again). The info is still there.  There are
also many other places to find the same information.  I found it by googling
for "improving XP performance". You could have also visited the root site,
and entered "boost" in the Search function. It's in the INSIGHT section, and
the article of March 06 2003.  All the articles are sorted by date.  I'll
"do the homework" and repost it only for the sake of anyone else interested:
