There's not one for NT, is there?  I'm mulling about with a couple of utilities 
that could just pause for 15 minutes before I send Argus its EXIT.NOW exit 
semaphore, and then hang up.  Hell, I think the newer XRobot may even allow 
this.

Too bad Argus can't use DUN like Irex does.
