Bill: Sounds like IRQ conflicts between the PCI devices and something else. Win98 supports IRQ sharing rather well which possibly is the reason it works there. Anyway, if you don't get a good response from one of the regulars (Dale Ross, etc.) suggest you break out your News Reader and log on to the MS News Server = msnews.microsoft.com and join in the W2K news groups.
