I'm running Win98SE, and yes I removed the BH>drivers the program installed from the Network settings BH>area of the control panel. Thanks for any advice. The best solution is to restore a previous copy of your Registry which is really quite simple using Win98SE. However, if it has been more than 5 days since installing the DSL management program, it's probably too late to recover. Win98 keeps 5 backup copies in the c:\windows\sysbackup folder. By dropping to a true DOS prompt and typing in "scanreg /restore" you can replace the Registry with a copy made previous to the installation of the program (if it's not already too late). Otherwise, you're probably going to have to hunt down what was changed and correct it. I've avoided those "free" DSL programs because they are not only intrusive, but the long term commitment some of them demand is beyond being reasonable IMO. cscag@flash.net CMPQwk 1.42 1262 --- Maximus/2 3.01 * Origin: COMM Port OS/2 juge.com 204.89.247.1 (281) 980-9671 (1:106/2000) .
