Although I haven't tested it because the computer I was looking
at doesn't have a cd burner in it, there does appear to be a way
to copy this partition. Computer Management/ Disk Management
and then right click on the drive letter and select Properties. It will
give you a tabbed options selection, one of them being backup/
restore. You can select what you want to backup and where you
want to back it up to using the device that you select.
