When you start it up, it will already preselect recommended folders that shouldbe empty. Allow it that to happen. Wait for the harddisk activity to cease before you continue with anything else. The TemporaryInternetFiles can accummulate quite a lot. Also make sure you RecycleBin is empty. BTW...Windows version are you specifically using?
