Yes, as I recall it is Windows 9x only. The developer told me that the reason he didn't have a Windows NT version was that he did not have the required software. I offered to send him a WIN32 SDK and Visual C++ so that he could make it work in Windows NT. I never heard back from him. I thought people had COM/IP working in Windows NT. Which means it should work in Windows 2K. At work I use another product for comport redirection to IP address and it works well in Windows NT.
