I have spoken with Dedrick Allen via ICQ and he promises a Win2k
version, but with no projected alpha/beta release date. :-(

It may have, but I have tested it under W2k, and it does not
do the job properly.

What might that be, pray tell? Will it work under 2k?

Are you familiar with a program called VCOM? If not,
check in your BBS file library, it's most likely there,
if not I'll be glad to send you a copy to tinker with
if you wish. It's an older netmodem/com-ip type com
port manager, but it is very strange to me. It asks
that you physically edit your system.ini file and insert
certain calls and forcing IRQ settings that I am very leary
of with the way my system is set up. Just wondering if
you knew of it...
