Are you familiar with a program called VCOM? If not, check in your BBS file library, it's most likely there, if not I'll be glad to send you a copy to tinker with if you wish. It's an older netmodem/com-ip type com port manager, but it is very strange to me. It asks that you physically edit your system.ini file and insert certain calls and forcing IRQ settings that I am very leary of with the way my system is set up. Just wondering if you knew of it...
