Subj : Partitons To : All From : Ray Edester Date : Sat May 26 2001 07:59 am Hello all, Over one year ago I had a HD set up with DOS on one partition and Windows 98 se in another with a boot manager to allow selection of either op system. Setting DOS in the path statement of Windows allowed the DOS partition to be found as drive E:, jumping past drive D:, my second HD. Life was good! :) After a big crash and re-partitioning, re-installing DOS and Win 98se, I can no longer get Win 98 to "See" the DOS partition. Nor can I remember (the main problem) how I did that on the original installation. Neither partition is marked as "hidden." Does anyone know how this can be accomplished? I really liked being able to run some of my DOS apps while Windows was the prime op system. Going nuts with it! Will appreciated any prompt received. Thank you...RE --- .. OLX 2.2 .
