Hello All!

I have a problem where something are blocking my Internet Comm Smtp port 25 are 
blocked, and oder if some one out in the wide world know a way to find out how 
to finde what program are blocking the port and how to unblock the port.
I can be My Novell Netware or other program but not my Internet Dealing tois 
are fixed.
