Connect to http://www.microsoft.com/hcl/default.asp and perform a search on
"Riva TNT2 M64" (no quotes) in the Display category.  I found a downloadable
driver for your card (there's both PCI and AGP listed) which should help out
since I suspect that it's the lack of the video card driver that's causing the
monitor issues.
