To add a logOff for Jeff do the following:
Go to control panel then select users, create a user named Jeff it will ask you
for a password just enter nothing if you don't want to be bothered with a 
password accept that then re-boot, now when you go to the Start menu it will 
show you an option LOGOFF JEFF
