You got a lot more reported then I did.  My report only listed 5 items.  The
video card is easily changable, but I think it caught the embedded Adaptec 
controller or the version of s-ware. 

My report was much shorter then yours so I may have missed something in setup 
or running it.

The USB not being found would trouble me.
It is enabled in BIOS??

One of the things I was told, for PCI to share the IRQ you have to set 'level 
trigger' in the BIOS for it.  

Beyond that, I'm out of ideas.
