It turns out that SP1 breaks ZoneAlarm and BlackICE personal firewalls.  I ran
into this Monday when I installed ZA.  Emailed tech support but read on
Tuesday that it's a widely known problem (now that SP1 is out).  MS is
supposed to be working with the vendors to straighten it out...
