Do you have more info? Not really Gerry, just that I did it for quite some time and it became a nuisance. Couldn't run complete chkdsk from NT, had to use Win2k. Occasional inability to delete files or directories from NT, with the message that the file was "locked" or "in use", little things like that. It's not like Win2k did any real damage to NT, though there was no simple way to delete Win2k and still maintain my NTFS partitions with complete dependability.
