I don't know but in Gecho if this packet is not in the secure dir, it change 
packet to .loc and say it to log file *and* this is harald did say me, a few 
year, that if I set these packet to secure inbound this work. (I'm ther same 
problem where AF V5 write me a netmail for failed freq) so I suppose Harald 
know the problem and more, this is not a reason to say a from and to empty ...
