But anything in Slot 3 causes it to not produce a graphics screen - instead, the screen goes black, and the hard drive stops banging away and seems to do something, but very minimal (light blinks a few times). The only thing I can do in that case is press the reset button. And anything in Slot 4 will cause the machine to lock up whenever it attempts to use that device. I have the latest BIOS for it (dated 01/03/2000), so there's nothing I can do there. And everything works perfectly in Win98.
