WG>I can install and run Win2000Pro without a problem if I remove all three
WG>PCI devices.  As soon as I try to boot up with one or more PCI
WG>devices, the symptoms vary: with the NIC (brand new, less
WG>than a week old), it locks up as soon as it attempts to
WG>access the NIC.  If the NIC and SCSI cards are in, it
WG>refuses to give me a graphics screen.  Adding the sound
WG>card makes no difference.

How about the latest BIOS update?  Did you run the Readiness Analyzer
(http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/upgrade/compat/ready.asp)?  Check out
