Subj : Win98SE install?

Hi!

I'm considering buying a copy of Win98 SE for my new computer to which I will 
transfer all data that lies on the HD:s of my current computer. Amongst other 
things, a copy of Win 3.1 is installed on my current computer.

Can I buy a Win98 SE upgrade and install it on the same partition as my Win3.1 
installation, or must I buy the full Win98 SE package instead? A upgrade box 
costs considerably less than a full install box.

Any comments?
