   I think you are missing the point.  Windows never included drivers =
for absolutely every device on the market.  Someone needs to make a = choice 
for what is in the box and that choice can't be to include = everything.  
Non-PnP ISA network adapters are not going to be as high on = the list as 
something new.  That's not to say that you can't use them.  = You just need to 
treat them like any other hardware for which drivers = are not included in the 
box.
