Plug and play is better, it's got the zip folder thing, and it seems to me to 
run faster than W2K. Add to that some interesting system recovery options (most 
of which aren't fully functional yet) and it might be.

For me it's just a matter of learning about it. W2K is still my preferred 
platform for my home machine which is where I spend most of my leasure time.
