I know Rich is gonna have a hard time accepting this, but it's true. Its the 
same thing that happened to IBM once they reached ubiquity and it's why the PC 
and MS got as far as they did, because it gave us more freedom.

Linux is gonna be the beneficiary in the long run, it's maturing and it will 
take over if MS doesn't change.
