Thanks Geo, I snagged it, but it didnt have what I needed..

Oh yeah on another note, we previously discussed upgrading to 2k from "ME" and 
I related that I did so, I had another friend relate to me that when he tried 
he couldnt and had to do a full install.

The version of 2k I have is the "upgrade" version and I upgraded a OEM version 
of ME, my friend I believe has version of 2k that is meant for computers 
without an upgrade path or existing OS, dont know if that plays a factor or 
not?
