I don't know if you are referring to the lack of a driver in the box or if the released Win2000 drivers don't work. I got the Radeon between beta 1 and beta 2 so I can't tell if it was supported in the box in the beta 1 release. It is in beta 2.<< It wasn't included beta one and the W2K driver wouldn't install. Good to know it'll be supported when I get beta 2. >> I have tried both beta and released Linux distributions. None work, the Linux distribution vendors don't have drivers available, and the board manufacturers don't have driver's available.<< I've noticed that checkmarking "hardware accelration" on some chipsets (NVidia Gforce 256 included) seems to break Linux, even though it's supposed to be supported. Video card/monitor/monitor refresh is one of the big achilles heels of Linux. They'll have to do better. I have a monitor that can do 1280x1024 at 85hzz, yet I can't get better than 70hz at any res with any of my video cards. :( - Bob Comer "Rich" <@> wrote in message news:3ac8b4d6$1@w3.nls.net... --- BBBS/NT v4.00 MP * Origin: Barktopia Gating Project http://HarborWebs.com:8081 (1:379/45) .
